Terms and Conditions

General

Lemon Breeze Cleaning ( LBC) provide a free no-obligation quotation along with a bespoke cleaning plan.

All cleaners are vetted and references obtained prior to any start.

We will provide replacement cleaners if necessary if your cleaner is absent due to sickness with prior arrangement wherever possible, although we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the clean if this is unavoidable.

You will be allocated individual cleaners.

All cleaners are fully insured whilst going about their duty on our behalf.

Health & Safely There are certain items that our cleaners are instructed not to touch and we reserve the right to ignore these items and the surrounding area including but not limited to human/animal faeces, blood or vomit, sanitary items, tampons, used nappies, used contraceptives etc. This is in keeping with our right to protect our cleaners and clients.

They are instructed not to enter an environment they consider to be unsafe, dangerous to health or inoperable for any reason, but are instructed to withdraw from the premises and to report any problem. In this event the client will be charged 100% of the cost of the Booking.

Use of Clients Equipment Our cleaners are strictly instructed not to use any of your personal equipment while in your home or commercial environment. You agree to permit our cleaners to use your telephone only in an emergency or to call our office or the management if deemed appropriate.

Key Holding LBC undertakes to provide absolute security for your keys at all times.

Complaints In the event of you being dissatisfied with the service you have received from LBC, you should contact us within 48 hours. LBC will endeavour to ensure that any concerns and complaints are resolved quickly and amicably.

Compensation Domestic & Commercial Cleaning In the event of damage or loss as a result of negligence, the liability of LBC shall be limited ( at LBC discretion ) to the repair or the replacement cost of the item, taking into account its age and condition. LBC shall not in any event be liable for any loss of profit or consequential loss.

Claiming compensation Any claim for compensation must be notified to Lemon Breeze Cleaning as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours of the damage occurring.

1.) Commercial Customers

We require after agreement to your bespoke cleaning plan for a cleaning services agreement to be signed this will outline the cleaning services agreed to the customer and will outline core hours and costs outside of any additional hours.

All commercial cleaning plans enter into a 12 monthly contract and as such a contract will need to be signed by both parties.

28 days written notice is required to end the contract.

We will carry out service reviews on an agreed basis as per your cleaning plan.

All commercial cleans are subject to regular spot checks.

Cancellation or re-scheduling of cleans will be charged at the following rates:

  • less than 24hrs notice 100% charge
  • More 24 hours 50% charge.

Our cleaners also go on holiday from time to time and with we will arrange a replacement cleaner when required.

Payment terms are strictly 28 days from submission of the invoice.

2. Domestic Cleans

We require after agreement to your bespoke cleaning plan for a cleaning services agreement to be signed this will outline the cleaning services agreed to you the customer and will outline core hours and costs outside of any additional hours.

All domestic clients enter into a monthly contract and 30 days notice is required to end this contract.

Our cleaners also go on holiday from time to time and with prior discussion with yourselves we will arrange a replacement cleaner if required.

Our payment terms are payment in cash on completion of the clean or a standing order on the day of the clean direct into our bank account. (any cancelled cleans within the notice period below on a standing order will be refunded direct into your account by ourselves).

Late payment charges: LBC will make a late payment charge of 5% if the payment is later than 24hrs, thereafter 10% after 48 hours. Failure to pay within one week will result in all cleans being suspended. LBC reserve the right to take action to recover any monies owed at the customers full expense.
